Ewa Villages, Village H, Honolulu, Hawaii (HUD). Provided design for site electrical for approximately 192-unit multi-family subdivision and electrical design for the 192 multi family interior electrical. Construction Cost: $2.25 Million.

DHHL East Kapolei Phase 1 Development

Provided design for the electric handhole and duct system and complete underground street lighting system for the 380 lot single-family residential subdivision, and electrical stubs for the following: 13-acre commercial site; 4-acre park site; and, 5-acre multi family site. The design services included coordination with SIC for their design of CATV and telephone systems.

Designed site electrical distribution and multi-family buildings.

Kamakana Village (formerly known as HHFDC Keahuolu Lands) Renewable Energy Project

Provided assistance to the Developer selected by HHFDC to prepare schematic and single-line diagrams and narratives for a federal Department of Energy grant application involving solar power concentration and photovoltaic technologies in conjunction with a battery storage device to allow for more consistent power inflow into HECO’s grid.

Kolea (aka Waikoloa Lots 1 and 7)

Provided electrical engineering design for electric and communication ductlines to service resort multi-family buildings, single family lots and a beach club. The design also included relocation and replacement of a sewer pump station and emergency generator. The design services included coordination with the utility companies to ensure that off-site improvements required provided telephone service to the development was constructed in a timely manner.

Queen Liliuokalani Trust, Makalapua Development

Provided electrical load study for power, telephone, and CATV service required for development of proposed site. RNHSA provided evaluation and assessment of existing utilities and any off-site work required for project. RNSHA developed budget construction estimates for electrical work, narrative of proposed electrical system, and description of any impact on existing off site utilities. The project included residential and retail developments.
